Pareto Office CRM is an internal business management tool used exclusively by staff at Pareto Office. It is not available to the general public.
When staff members connect their Google account, this application accesses Google Calendar data (events, schedules) solely for the purpose of syncing class sessions and consultation appointments with our internal CRM database. We also access the connected Google account's email address to identify the staff member.
Google Calendar data is used only to synchronize schedule information within our internal system. We do not sell, share, or disclose this data to any third parties. Access tokens are stored securely in our database and are used exclusively for calendar sync operations.
Google OAuth tokens are retained only as long as the staff member's account is active. Staff members may disconnect their Google account at any time via the application settings.
